How do I find my store?
Select the store by clicking on the "Collect" button as shown in the image above after adding your product to the cart. Provide your email address or phone number (See image below).

What are the general conditions of sale for a Click and Collect purchase?
In-store delivery consists of the Buyer coming to collect their Order in a store. “Click & Collect” delivery consists of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order coming to collect their package ordered on the Site from the store.
When the Buyer chooses this delivery method on the Site, their Order is confirmed within 2 hours. This period runs from the Order in working hours.
In the event of partial unavailability of his order, in the event that the ordered item is available in central stock (Factory), the customer will receive confirmation within 7 working days that his Order is available in store. In the event of total unavailability of his Order, the Buyer receives an email informing him of the consideration but of the cancellation of his Order, the Buyer is then invited to place his Order again on the Site by choosing a other delivery method.
When the Order is confirmed upon receipt of the Order confirmation email informing them that they can go to the store, the Buyer has 7 days to collect their package. After this period, will receive a telephone call from one of our advisors to confirm the collection date, otherwise the customer can choose to be delivered to their home. If none of these options are successful, the Order will be canceled. The Buyer is reimbursed for the amount of their Order if payment is made online.
To collect their package in store, the Buyer must go to the selected store and have the Order number appearing on their Order confirmation email.
A third party, authorized by the Buyer, can also come and collect the Order. To do this, this person must have their identity document, the identity document of the recipient of the Order as well as the Order number. At the time of delivery of the package, the Buyer, the person authorized by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must sign the Order collection slip.
This slip constitutes proof of delivery by BANZOLA COLLECTION and receipt by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order of the products ordered. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the BANZOLA COLLECTION register being authentic.

You have 14 days (non-working) from the date of receipt of your package to declare your return. To declare your return, you must go to the store. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging and must be shipped in a package that can protect it during transport. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the package arrives damaged, even if this is due to transport. Always attach a piece of paper in the package with contact details and order number, this information is mandatory if you want your return to be correctly processed.
